Forget group Zoom calls and online webinars. With UniVirtual, you can deliver your material to a live, virtual audience.
Host a virtual conference, training, team-building session, or meeting without needing to hire physical space or equipment. UniVirtual’s versatile areas can host workshops, exhibitions, and even product demonstrations. Our event spaces offer an interactive whiteboard to draw and display diagrams, and share presentation slides, video, and other media types as you would in a real-world setting.
There are even places for your guests to visit when the work stops. They can gather at any time to chat, play games, or simply relax and enjoy environments designed to be social.
Virtual Worlds for Business.

Our conference hall allows for up to 120 concurrent visitors and has multimedia presentation capabilities. We also provide a selection of stylish breakout rooms for smaller presentations and discussions, a multi-floor exhibition center to present materials to your guests in style, and social spaces to relax between sessions. We even have a virtual cinema for longer video presentations that can be streamed together or viewed individually, allowing viewers to watch at their own pace. (See more in our Product Catalogue.)

As part of work undertaken for the US Department of Defense Veterans Association in 2017, CNDG created virtual environments to train primary care providers. These experiential environments assisted in the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in returning combat soldiers. This immersive and true-to-life experience of symptoms allowed for greater empathy and understanding between care providers and patients.

Working in partnership with the Nokiiwin Tribal Council and York University, we are developing unique Indigenous Cultural Competency training in a virtual world. By fusing technology and traditional Anishinaabe storytelling practices, this course will provide inclusive, sustainable, and high-quality intercultural educational materials produced by and in support of Indigenous peoples. To make teaching and training easier, we have developed a web-based management and data platform that gives you all the tools you need to manage your courses, sessions, or events. Checking student accomplishments or delegating registration has never been easier.
Analytics and Support.
UniVirtual's web-based management and data platform supports all our environments. It registers users and encompasses features such as enrollment, data export, access, and permissions management. It forms the link between user activity, transferring this to appropriate data collection services.
In terms of end-user support, tech support is available in our environments and via phone and email to provide immediate assistance during your event. Outside these times, 24-hour email and phone support are available. We will also work with you to schedule and provide guided orientation sessions for organizers and presenters in preparation for your event.
